My experience has been that one to one personal tuition has a unique value to students because of the ability to resolve the student’s personal barriers to learn in a way that lays the foundation for a deep and lasting understanding of the subject.

Tutoring Approach

My approach varies depending on the student’s needs and learning style. However my teaching philosophy is based on encouraging students to think for themselves, using real-world examples wherever possible. My aim as a tutor is to create in my students a deep understanding and confidence in answering exam questions and being able to tackle new and unfamiliar problems. Experience

I have had a total work experience of 20 years plus in the Garment Production line where business management & Excel have been one of my strongpoints which I specialized upon. My last employment was with Sports and Leisure Apparel Ltd. (Lacoste) Noida as Senior Manager - Production where I was taking care of their entire production. Other areas in which I have ample experience are: Production Planning & Control Systems Set-Up, Review & Improvements Increase in Productivity Levels Data Analysis & Presentation Vendor Development Quality Assurance Cost Control Have also done my articleship in an accounting firm when I was pursuing CA which I could not complete due to unforeseen reasons. Have a past experience of playing cricket for more than 20 years and have played at the inter-school regional levels. Even though I have no experience of coaching for Cricket I am well qualified to teach every aspect of the game.

Tutoring Approach

I have had a teaching experience of only 3 years in the begining of my career where I have taught school kids of XI & XII IN Accounts, Economics & Business Studies I am very dedicated regarding all the work that I take up and have a past record of lots of satisfied students in all the subjects that I have taught. I beleive in concept clarity as my strongest tool supported by a systematic and detailed approach in presenting the solution.

I make teaching experience interesting by conducting discussions and quizzes as to have a better understanding that how much the student has imbibed and what more we need to work on. I work according to a planned schedule, so the syllabus is completed on time and we have ample time of revision. This makes student work under no pressure.

I personally believe that a student should able to understand the concepts of the subject. Apart from their course content they should think and ask. Along with course content I try to make students think of practical situation, so that they could apply their learning in practical aslo.
