My approach varies depending on the student’s needs and learning style. I am having expertise in Finance and Accounts. I will plan my lesson according to the understanding mental state of student and before teaching I go through the syllabus in detail.

I will go by the Syllabus taught to the students and try my level best to make them practice as many questions as possible so that they get familiar with the method. Other than this after completion of each topic a test will be conducted to judge the knowledge of student.

I have graduated from IIT kharagpur and MBA.
