I have worked as a Mathematics Faculty for IIT Foundation course at T.I.M.E for over 3 years. I have taught " MUultivariable Calculus, Abstract Algerba, Differencial Equations, Analysis" to B.Sc students and "Mathematics" to Std XI & XII students of reputed tutorials for 2 years. Tutoring Approach

I have a strong passion for teaching & am a teacher by choice and not by chance. I begin with a demo lecture so as to understand my student - his knowledge level, intellectual level, strengths, weaknesses, motivation level, problem solving ability, subject interest etc. I make sure that the student is comfortable with my teaching and only then do I begin with the tutoring process. I build up a strong rapport with the student, so that he can freely discuss his difficulties with me and then we together overcome all them. I do not intend to spoon feed the student but I strive hard to enable him to slowly acquire the ability to learn & solve problems on his own, whereas As his/her teacher I shall observe his progress, guide him/her and correct him/her when he/she errs. I take regular tests to evaluate his/her progress and polish his/her skills, to detect and remove any flaws and ensure an outstanding performance in the examinations. Thus my aim is to kindle an insatiable thirst for knowledge & success in the student and help him/her reach the zenith.

I approach tutoring in such a way that I show the students the basics, and then give them a variety of practice exercises and urge them figure out the answers themselves. If in doubt, I would keep prompting them to find the right answers thereby helping them to grasp the right concepts.
