I started my teaching journey with "Accounting for Managers" - an MBA subject for a trimester at a university in Bangalore.

Right now, I teach ACCA subjects, including Business and Technology, Financial Accounting, and Financial Reporting.

In addition to the professional courses, I also teach Microeconomics and Business Ethics to BCom / BBA students across universities.

Tutoring Approach

I believe teaching a subject is more about creating a bond between the student and the subject.

My teaching technique includes first asking students questions about their knowledge of the topic, if any.

Then, I start with a simple example that introduces them to the topic. Finally, I explain what the entire topic is about.

I strongly believe that students retain the topic for a longer period when we take this approach. Additionally, I revise all the topics in the class itself, where I find that students tend to engage and concentrate more.

To sum it up, I try to understand the specific needs of the student. By catering to their needs and motivating them to give their best, it makes the session really fulfilling for me as well.
