Nabila is a qualified and experienced yoga teacher. I have been taking 1-1 classes from her for almost 3months now both in person and virtual and very satisfied with my experience so far and highly recommend her if you are looking to learn authentic yoga. She is fitness enthusiast and specialises in various forms of physical fitness and dance so if you are looking for a personal instructor do check her out. I really appreciate her knowledge on fitness , she always explains the benefits and why we are doing what we are and how it will help, I donât even need to ask her. Her attention to detail and observation skills are really outstanding, even in our virtual classes, one glance at me from a distance and she can tell whether I am bloated , stiff etc or if I am doing the pose correctly or not. I also really admire her expertise to tailor the workout based on how am feeling and my bodyâs need on that day and most of the time she does it very seamlessly and smoothly, no matter how tired or moody I have been feeling, I have always finished the session with her with a smile on my face, it always makes me feel good. Only someone with a vast experience and knowledge can customise and tailor the program real-time based on the customer needs. I was completely inactive when I started working with her and I amazed at myself for the results achieved so far - my stamina and flexibility has greatly improved and itâs even helped me with some muscular and joint issues I have. And she is flexible with the timings and class slots , which is an added bonus. Cannot recommend her enough for anyone looking for a experienced physical instructor for a personalised program
Nabila maâam taught me Maths and Sciences and I never lost interest in her class and subjects. Her teaching method makes sure we understand the concept quickly and correctly. I remember her explanations for long because she is very funny and humorous. She completes the portion in advance and gives ample time for revision and practice so marks improve drastically. I always enjoy studying with her. Studying has never been so much fun!
Nabila was preparing my 6 years old Russian speaking daughter to English school. In 2 weeks my child achieved great results: started speaking, (though couldnât before at all), writing and reading! Nabilla is a well experienced teacher and has a certain strict program that includes all what will be necessary in the school program. Also she is mother herself and knows how to be strict and kind at the same time, so that child feels disciplined but comfortable and relaxed too. After a month of studying with Nabila Aria my daughter was reading a long text in my presence. It looked like a miracle, because she couldnât read in English before at all! Thank you Nabila many times!
Hands down to the best yoga trainer in the city. Nabila is a gentle professional and has a variety of classes that are perfect for any level of experience. Highly recommend her classes, which has become one of the things I look forward to most every week! She has definitely made my prenatal term so easy.
Perfect for beginners who want to learn about the yoga practice & may be too shy to go to an actual class. Learned so much and will be definitely be contacting Nabila Ma'am again for a private session! She is absolutely AMAZING! She works with all levels. I had never done yoga before and she has helped me progress so quickly. She is always on time, pleasant, and so fun to work with!
The best part about Nabila is the amount of effort she invests in you. Her strategy is to realise the limits and then slowly push them and is very approachable.
More importantly, she well versed and well prepared for all the techniques she is about to teach. My personal experience about the technique with her has been exemplary and would highly recommend her to everyone who is serious about their health.

I am taking prenatal yoga classes and trust me she is really good instructor. She not only teaches Asans but also impart a very positive energy in her all sessions.
Nabila has been a wonderful and enthusiastic teacher, there is a a lot of variety in her regular classes which don't make it monotonous and boring. All in all I had amazing Yoga sessions with her.
Her teaching methods are easy and effective. My daughter's approach towards studies became more positive after her tution. Thanks.
