My teaching approach differs on age and subject of students.

I try to engage students of less than 10 years through activities and role-play frist and then then explain the chapter, discuss answers.

For higher class students, the topic will be discussed first and then elaborate explanation will be followed. For subjects like Geography extensive map reading skills will be focussed on, for ICSE, Topo book will be done in detail along with the text book.

Notes and Extra questions will be provided for each chapter. Test will be conducted to assesst how much the child has graspedthe topic.

I believe teaching is an art & Science both and besides using board and chalk using visual method will be definitely helpful for any student. I use PowerPoint presentations so the student can feel that he is not learning he is adapting it.
