Getting things cleared from the very basic element, Explaining through examples, creating interest in the subject, explaining the need of the subject in practical life/industry usage. Also, briefing about career options with any subject. From my past experiences, i'm very much sure that students find things difficult because of two reasons: 1. The basics regarding any topic is not clear. 2. Fear of the subject. and I know how to deal with both of them.

I usually divide topics in 3 parts and the priority order is as follows: 1. Isolated Topics. 2. Topics that are required for other topics. 3. Dependent Topics. My pattern is as follows: 1. Asking Questions of very very basic level and based on concept. 2. By asking questions I find the basic flaw in the understanding. 3. Go topic by topic and link them through normal life interesting examples. 4. Help student getting confidence in the understanding of subject. 5. Take Vivas and Written tests for better performance. 6. Link the subject to subjects in higher standards and also to industry.

Each and every module/topic looks very vast and fearful on the first day of introduction to any index. But that fear drops down as familiarity creeps in. Thus, every module should be juxtaposed or arranged on different days and handled briefly on that day, trying to get familiar with all the topics from the beginning days of introduction to the last day of conclusion. Which means at the latest stage there should not be any new words but only familiar words for grasping. Every session will be

• broken down in understanding the structure of information
• what it actually means? and not how fast it can be grasped? (let familiarity come to the picture)
• penetrating into the core of the subject or activity to save information rather than dump them
• remembering dates, names etc. not mugging up data but finding reminiscence or similarity with phonetic or visual recollections.(which cannot be forgotten for life) 5) tutoring back to the tutor (Clarifying from the pupil, the extent of understanding with expression of thought)
• creating a work book and noting down points and events for reference.
• successfully completing home works/ projects which may be book related or practically related.
• frequent recollection of study material for confirmation of answers or pupil belief. The lessons will be enjoyable and not mandated. The first 4 to 5 lessons will only gage the understanding capability and weakness of the pupil, hence a very friendly approach will be employed.

The approach makes the pupil feel free and unashamed of raising queries without the hesitation and the fear of being wrong or humiliated. Thats what makes the pupil's enjoy the learning part dedicating more time with academics and showing lots of urge and drive to learn. Such methods will be by far, a whole new experience for learning and hence different from the conventional methods. Every word is taught slowly, (keeping track of syllabus deadlines ofcourse) and very audible for the pupil's understanding, with the liberty to question, question and question..... Work book exercises and practicing endurance will be the key techniques for brilliant performances. Meditation, Inner vision, Inner hearing along with one mindedness will be the catalyst of concentration which will ultimately reinforce the thinking process, and will provide the pupil with the ability to view from a different angle.
