Then the topic is dealt in systematic manner. For numerical subject, my approach is different. I explain the formula. Then I solve a problem. Then I give a problem for the student to solve and if the student gets stuck anywhere, I help him. I make sure I give questions for homework. My next session always starts with recap.

Working as a tutor, I discuss ideas and clarify concepts, review notes and readings, check and confirm students understanding before a test or quiz, get assistance on homework questions or make sure students keeping up with the class. My goal is to help normal student become a best student, whether student goal is to raise a B+ to an A or to pass.
