For me concept building should be only job of tutor and i exactly perform such . I always want that my each students should be well conceptually sound in my subject and if any one is not so then for that i as a tutor is responsible . Concept gets build through practical examples . So i always starts any chapter by giving examples or telling story which builds introductory atmosphere of the chapter and the contents . So Tutor is builder of concept .Always wants to judge students by listening them after delivering any conceptual lesson whether they were able to understand or not . Tries to create friendly atmosphere such that students feel always free to ask queries .Time to time delivering concept through power point presentation and even through excel . I always love to see that my student is able to teach me with their own set of examples and is able to solve my queries in their own style to judge how clear they are in their concept . Always tries to judge attention level of students because if student is not attentive means i as a tutor is less attractive to them , so , always tries to keep attractive session by creating uniqueness . My teaching experience is nice . I always tries to become friend to my students and my experience is that mind exceptibility for a senior friend as tutor is much much more than for only tutor .It's challenging but teaching is a job of it's own uniqueness . Teaching is a skill base job and i feel myself most suitable in this format of job which have creativity and uniqueness .
