Children with autism feel more comfortable when they have a routine with clear structures, and minimal deviations from their predicted schedule hence I ensure the learning environment and lesson plans are structured. It is important to develop in children with autism, the knowledge and skills required for social interaction. A child with autism may not seem interested in interacting with peers, parents and teachers, but it’s important to keep teaching them social skills. Using various simple teaching tools to develop skills in autistic children.
