An individual tutorial approach would break the content into manageable chunks and develop constructive ideas to solve problems. My main motto is to complete the syllabus before the exams and my way of understanding student's weaknesses is very good as per students feedback. I will take monthly test to know the student's strong and weak zones so that I can put my best effort to minimize their week areas. Finally after teacher's effort student will also have to work hard.

I always plan my approach only after reading the mind of the student on how he/she is capturing the concept from a particular subject. If he is good at it I take him to the next level by testing on areas a bit tough but if he is lagging a bit, then I start from scratch and explain the concept in different ways until he understands and then go for further plans.
