I am a Clinical Psychologist with an MPhil degree under my belt. I have done Post Graduate from the Department of Applied Psychology, University of Calcutta. My specialization was Clinical and Forensic Psychology. I passed with 75.1% marks and came 4th in the class, and 2nd in the Clinical domain. I have been teaching Psychology at all level since 2013. And I continue to do so. Nevertheless I wish to pass on the knowledge and experience I have gathered to new generation students so that they can benefit from them and enrich the subject and the field more and more. I teach both on a group and one-to -one basis. I generally try to help the students get a clear idea about the things they are studying rather than just providing notes and encouraging bland mugging up. Some of the faculty teachers of reputed Kolkata colleges do follow that method, just giving notes and doing little else. I say this from my personal experience during my Bachelors days. So I try to refrain from that path stringently.
