Motivation plays a pivotal role, which I do it very well. I give a brief summary of the text and then proceed to detailed explanation of the chapter. Doubt clearance classes are also provided. And at the end, test is mandatory to monitor students performance. Guardian interaction with the teacher is also compulsory for students guidance of their career. If needed, visual doubt clearance is also provided.
