In my starting 3 years of teaching, i use to teach at student's home.at the time of exam,if needed i use to take extra tutions to make sure the syllabus is completed and the student is ready with every topic. then onwards, i got the oppurtunity to teach in one of the most prestigious school of kolkata,shri shiktayatan school and loreto school as a smart class co-ordinator and teach history and geography to primary class students.

I will be making the plan as per the Student's understanding of the subject. My approach will be very simple but professional so that its easy for student to understand my way of teaching and progress accordingly.

However my teaching philosophy is based on encouraging students to think for themselves, using real-world examples wherever possible. My aim as a tutor is to create in my students a deep understanding and confidence in answering exam questions and being able to tackle new and unfamiliar problems. My philosophy is based on the idea that learning happens in an environment of mutual respect in which the student is encouraged to think and make new connections for themselves.

I co-operate with my students and try to understand their needs. Behaviour depends upon students response. Kind, loving but strict when required. Motivation plays a pivotal role, which I do it very well. I give a brief summary of the text and then proceed to detailed explanation of the chapter. Doubt clearance classes are also provided. And at the end, test is mandatory to monitor students performance. Guardian interaction with the teacher is also compulsory for students guidance of their career. If needed, visual doubt clearance is also provided.

I make a chart for total syllabus in monthly basis. According to the chart I finish my syllabus before the taken time and take tests for better practice.
