I plan the lessons as per the student's ability to cop up and and moreover upon their needs. I do my PhD research on the area of electric field, electromagnetic and electrical machine design. This also includes use of modern semiconductor device, implementation of electronic circuits, fiber optics, work with electrostatic fields and capacitor design etc. This helps me to provide modern practical examples during classes and this grows the interest of the student in the subject. Even the difficult chapters becomes interesting. Sometimes I use videos, PPTs etc to discuss different topics which are very new to the student. I always teach with intense care to help the students to achieve his/her goal. Weekly tests is conducted to evaluate the student's progress.

To me a student can learn the subject only if he/she have the concept in that subject. Concept can be build if we make the subject interesting to the student. What I feel, somebody have great knowledge in a particular subject but don't know how to teach that subject, so as the result student become less interested and finally achive very less. So my steps of teaching are- tell somethings on the topic like what we are going to learn, what it is actually, what is the requirement of learning this topic. Then most important thing is basic of the topic. First you should have a concrete concept on basics, then  go for advance topic and finally ends with few interesting problems so that students can get interested for further study on this topic and can explore other branches of the subject. That's it.
