I have joined a Higher Secondary school as an Assistant Teacher in English in 2013. I have been teaching History, Evs, English, Bengali to the students of class VII - X of all boards and History, Evs, English to the students of class XI - XII of all boards since last year. I approach tutoring in such a way that I show the students the basics, and then give them a variety of practice exercises and urge them figure out the answers themselves. If in doubt, I would keep prompting them to find the right answers thereby helping them to grasp the right concepts.

I co-operate with my students and try to understand their needs. Behaviour depends upon students response. Kind, loving but strict when required. Motivation plays a pivotal role, which I do it very well. I give a brief summary of the text and then proceed to detailed explanation of the chapter. Doubt clearance classes are also provided. And at the end, test is mandatory to monitor students performance. Guardian interaction with the teacher is also compulsory for students guidance of their career. If needed, visual doubt clearance is also provided.
