I have done M.Tech in VLSI and Microelectronics. I hold 3 years experience of teaching. I am currently working as an Assistant Professor in Electronics and Communication Engineering Department at Assam down town University. I also offer private tuition.

Tutoring Approach

My aim is to empower these students to reach farther than they thought they could. I try to understand the areas where a particular students is weak and then I encourage the students to place more focus on those areas through regular practice.

Experience

I have studied computer science as a discipline so subjects like computers, mathematics are favourites s and history and social sciences are my hobbies. My teaching experience in Bangalore has taught me that if the students are taught the subject in an interesting way rather than in a dull one then they become involved thoroughly and it reaps great benefits for them. Encouraging the students to prepare a presentation about the lesson before I begin to teach it has proved beneficial.

During my engineering career in Bangalore; I used to teach maths, social studies, computer science, english to standard 8 students. They were all from the same school so planning the lessons were not difficult. At the end of each session to be sure that each of the students followed it, I asked verbal questions at the end of each session. Those who didn't perform well were told to read the notes of that session at home and on the subsequent day they were again tested. Once a week I asked them to write down the doubts they had about the subjects being taught and addressed their doubts accordingly.

Currently I am working as a lecturer in Institution of Engineering and Technology. Previously I have worked as a trainer in MVTI affiliated by SCVT govt of Assam. I have been teaching Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry to the students of class VI - XII of all boards and Mathematics, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation to the engineering students of college level since last two years. I also conduct class for Personality Development, Mental Maths, Abacus Training for all round development of the students. My teaching style is unique it is beneficial for boards as well as competitive examination.

Tutoring Approach

I generally concentrate on developing basic concepts of the students so that hard problems can be dealt easily. Also I believe that knowledge should be gained in such way so that it can be applied for solving real problems that one have to face in life and it should be cognitive. I learned from the past experiences of my student life and I don't want other to commit the same mistake.
