Hello, my name is Subhash Sharma. I have completed my BE in Civil Engineering from GU in 2014 and then obtained a Master, s degree in civil engineering from NIT Silchar in 2017. My research was based on Earthquake geotechnical engineering. I have taught as Guest Assistant Professor in the civil engineering department of NERIST, Arunachal Pradesh for a while and then worked as Assistant Professor(Contractual) in the civil engineering department of NIT Silchar. I have good Teaching experience. The students are in classes 1 to 8. The students are from government schools and well-established private schools. They have been able to improve themselves and achieve better results in exams.

1. I read the lesson.
2. I ask the students to read the lesson.
3. I give the meaning of every word.
4. Some toughest words' meanings are written by them.
5. I give them the answers to the questions.
6. I ask them to memorize the answers.

In Mathematics, I give them the basic knowledge about the chapter. Then, I start the class with the given example in the book. After that, I give them some Math problems from my mind. Finally, I solve some problems from their exercise and ask them to solve all the Math.
