I think Tilted questions will be difficult to solve If the teacher do not Clear very basic Concepts or Scratch level Knowledge and its Higher implications or uses. So i adopt the method to start from scratch then go high and higher . Apart from this Lot of Practice and sample paper i give to solve them so that student can understand what type of questions can be asked from this topic . One  thing i take care that if a student can do a question without my help in first time he can solve that question anytime even without doing it before exams So i give focus on that questions  which student was not able to do by his own First time . This makes a To the Point Approach and saves lot of time During Exams ....
