I do not decide my methodology. My student does. We interact to understand what are the objectives we seek to achieve. I do not believe in hammering a square peg in a round hole. I do follow one rule with all my students-give them space. I let them come up the curve gradually, but when they do. They stay up there. No quick fixes for me. I believe in helping the students believe in themselves, and remove the phobia of English.
