I work according to a planned schedule, so the syllabus is completed on time and we have ample time of revision. This makes student work under no pressure.

I always plan my approach only after reading the mind of the student on how he/she is capturing the concept from a particular subject. If he is good at it I take him to the next level by testing on areas a bit tough but if he is lagging a bit, then I start from scratch and explain the concept in different ways until he understands and then go for further plans.

I teach in organized way. I have most of the books except if a student want to learn from a particular book. I can make them write notes and then I take tests on a regular basis to check if they improve in their respective subjects.
