I've three years of experience of tutoring in computer science subjects till graduation level and due to my further education i had stopped teaching for one an half year.

My tutoring approach is: 1. Main concentration on concepts so that students learn things rather than cramming . 2. Using real life examples which makes any subject easy to learn. 3. Give students small interesting tasks for practice so that they won't take them as burden or as an assignment. 4. Taking their doubts after compilation of class or in next class . 5. Surprise test after few classes but this test to check themselves that how much they've learned. It would be oral or written .
