After teaching i always gives home tasks to each and everyone but I am strict in that because sometimes I am rude with parents also if their children have not done the homework. 4. Then at every weekend i used to take the test. 5. If the students doesn't perform then i usually try to convince them by giving gifts on every test. 6. And Lastly I prefer students who are weak in their studies so that I can help them to score good marks. So, This is the methodology which i used to follow but i can only make your student better day by day only if you helps me by caring your children.
