I approach tutoring in such a way that I show the students the basics, and then give them a variety of practice exercises and urge them figure out the answers themselves. If in doubt, I would keep prompting them to find the right answers thereby helping them to grasp the right concepts.

I have a teaching experience of around 2 years, I am a friendly person and gel with the student very easily and try to understand the level of understanding of the student which helps me to prepare my lesson plan and notes accordingly. I use common examples from among our daily experiences to make the student acquainted to the topic easily. I love having fun with boring topics and make it interesting for children.

Firstly I will encourage students by providing them assignments which will give students ample opportunity to practice new skills.Will ask questions frequently to make sure students are following along. Will try to engage the whole class, and won't allow a few students to dominate the class. I will reach parents through conferences and frequent written reports of their child. I will not hesitate to pick up the telephone or to call a parent if they are concerned about a student.
