My approach to tutoring is very simple.

I don't pressure children; I believe in encouraging them by explaining how education is important for our future. According to me, the most important factor in teaching is the communication level between children and the teacher. In my class, I'll focus on discipline and provide different activities, assignments, and small competitions. These activities build confidence in the children and encourage them to learn more and attend regularly.
