To learn any new concept, anyone is needed to get his basics crystal clear, these basics decide how much you can build over this. So, my main focus during my teaching will be to get my students basic very clear. Also, I try to get frank with students so that he/she could easily tell me his doubt clearly.

I do help students in understanding the basic concepts first and then getting them comfortable with deep dive. I strongly involve students in discussions and then implementation of learned concepts. Active participation is the most important key for learning and this is true for both teacher and student. So my preferences are to have discussions on each and every topic before directly getting into the solutions. However I believe in delivering knowledge instead of delivering the assigned work.

My approach to a particular subject is through three simple steps: 1) Understanding the Basics 2) Experiential Learning 3) Application of the concept I first make sure my student understand the concepts very clearly. Then we relate the concept through analogies, graphics and possibly personal experiences to get a better understanding. And finally we explore the application of such concepts. Core strengths: Maths, Physics & Chemistry

Basic, deep understanding of concept in a very simple way. I follow why, what and how approach.
Manoj sir is very dedicated to the student. He mentors the student not only in maths but in other subjects also. He directs you while doing questions so that you understand how to do questions instead of giving the answer directly. He makes you work for the answer which helps in getting a deeper understanding of the topic. My approach towards solving questions has changed significantly by focusing on how to solve the hurdle.
I started to take classes from Manoj Gadia sir when I was in class 10th and was preparing to appear for PreRMO . The first chapter he taught me was PNC, in which he had vast knowledge and grasp. I was able to qualify the pre-rmo and NTSE. His teaching skills are exceptional as he makes the student to feel the concepts rather than throwing the concepts at them like most teachers do. His method of "Identifying the hurdle in the question, and then working out to eliminate the hurdle " is the finest and the most efficient way towards solving a problem. He stresses on the "why?" rather than the "what?" in various methods to answer the question as he believes that the main goal is not to just answer the question but to actually analyse it so as to not face any problem in case of a new question. He is very strict and particular about the homework and sincerity. If the student behaves insincerely by not revising the already taught things or does not complete the homework, he immediately refuses to teach so that the student realises the insincere behaviour. He also helped me study SST and Chemistry for NTSE by sharing with me his unique and efficient way of learning. I would definitely suggest Manoj Sir for students who want to develop a strong understanding of Math as well as properly manage time among other subjects as well.
My experience with Manoj Sir has been very unique and has boosted my confidence. He has a very rare and unique teaching methodology. He stresses upon the conceptuality instead of just getting to the answer. He has a very firm grip on the chapters of Algebra- P&C, Probability, Sequences and Series, Binomial Theorem and Complex Numbers. He emphasises upon finding multiple methods to solve the same question so that the concepts remain clear in the confusing chapters like Probability. In coordinate geometry, he asks the student to approach the question by different methods and find the quickest of all the methods. He believes, “More does the student use pen in coordinate, weaker becomes the coordinate. Hence, the student must find the short and efficient way to solve the problem by developing a habit of thinking about the question.” STRESS IS GIVEN ON THE LOGIC AND LOGICAL THINKING AND HE NEVER REVEALS THE SOLUTION OF A QUESTION. RATHER, THE STUDENT BECOMES CAPABLE OF GETTING TO THE SOLUTION ON HIS OWN. HE ASKS THE STUDENTS TO ANALYSE THE CHAPTER AND THE QUESTION SO THAT THE STUDENTS FEEL THE CHAPTER INSTEAD OF JUST STUDYING IT. He is very strict and particular about the homework and sincerity. If the student behaves insincerely by not revising the already taught things or does not complete the homework, he immediately refuses to teach so that the student realises the insincere behaviour.
Exceptional teacher and great mentor! He is a great teacher with exceptional grip over maths. He teaches every concepts with great fluency. He induces a sense of logic behind every question. He makes you crack tough questions with great ease.He teaches you in such a manner that you become capable of decoding tough jee advanced question. He has a strong grip over pnc and algebra. He has a olympiad level grip over it. Before i met him i used to score 70 in mock jee mains but after he taught me i scored 110 in maths in real jee mains. He is not only a great teacher but excellent mentor. He guides you even after jee.
I took a demo class from Manoj sir for JEE Advanced Mathematics and from the very first question that we discussed I knew that I wanted to continue with him. What you should know about him is that he has exceptional analytical skills and decodes the logic behind any previously unseen question spontaneously on the spot with ease and by his method of teaching he instilled the very same thought process in me which helped me whenever I faced a new tough question as the solution 'clicked' to me. He laid stress on the fact that thoroughly analysing only a handful of questions will fetch far better results than just hurriedly solving a huge number of questions and this helped me in greatly improving my thinking skills and made sure that I knew how to tackle a new question whenever I came across one. I was also satisfied with the material that he gave me, which was adapted from the top Kota coaching institutes. he taught me for a year while I was in class 12th, and he helped me with the following topics: CALCULUS: Explanation of every concept as well as material given was up to the mark and Calculus became my strongest topic. PERMUTATIONS, COMBINATIONS AND PROBABILITY: These topics require a lot of thinking and this is sir's favorite domain as well. He has a thorough command over these topics and can each them up to Olympiad level which is well beyond the JEE level. BINOMIAL THEOREM, SEQUENCES AND SERIES, QUADRATIC EQUATIONS AND COMPLEX NUMBERS: He taught all concepts satisfactorily for JEE level and material provided for these topics was also good, sufficient for JEE Advanced level. COORDINATE GEOMETRY: He took an approach which was different than what I had expected for these topics, but it worked out well. He put importance on homogenization, pair of straight lines, and properties of conic sections and this really paid off. So if someone who is hard working, but struggling in maths, is targeting a good rank in JEE Advanced Exam, I would really recommend Manoj sir.
