Being a recent passout from the school, I am well aware of the are where the students nowadays lack and how the approach of a teacher should be. The students can very well relate to me and I can reciprocate the same. Nowadays the students have become too reluctant to ask questions and doubts to their teacher. This is either because they are too scared of them or they have been very shy throughout. However, my plan of actions to rectify the same is numerated below; 1. My nature is quite understanding and sweet. It is very wrongly said, that a teacher should be strict to make a student do his/her work. No student can ever open up to a teacher until he can relate to him. Unless the teacher is very understanding, the academic doubts of a student could never be cleared. Being a student, I can understand this fact very well. 2. I am quite approachable almost at all times except for my college timings. If the student faces any problem, I will be more than happy to clarify the doubts and if need be, I could even come their house to clarify the doubt without charging any extra. 3. I am ready to extend an hour or so during the exam time, without charging anything for the extra hour. 4. I could teach a student from the scratch , if the student is too weak in academics. I will co-operate with the student and his learning speed without rushing the subject. 5. I will also keep a free doubt class every weekend without charging for it. 6. Any suggestions/improvement in my teaching skill, both the parents and the student will be free to tell about. I will have a feedback session at the end of every week where the student and parents can freely tell me if they are to face any problem from my side. 7.The parents could judge me very well before they hire me as a tutor for their ward. I want to end this by saying, You can always trust your wards academic with me. I will try to give the student my 100% .
