I believe in conceptual understanding of subject knowledge. I start by checking whether the student is conceptually sound with each and every chapter in the syllabus. As soon as we cover the theory of any particular section, the student is provided with concept-building worksheets, which he or she needs to cover as homework. Once doubts and everything are clear, only then will we move on to the next section.
