I believe in working from the grass-root levels. Systematic approach, Plan-out study and Time management is the key to success. I organize the lessons in different fields with different difficulty levels e.g Difficulty Level- I would comprise only the questions with direct rule application; while Difficulty Level -II & III would comprise of tricky and indirect questions with higher level intelligence & problem solving skills

I approach tutoring in such a way that I show the students the basics, and then give them a variety of practice exercises and urge them figure out the answers themselves. If in doubt, I would keep prompting them to find the right answers thereby helping them to grasp the right concepts.

My study plan would be this, In order to create interest among students, first I would like to make them friendly than accordingly I can know what are their interest areas and if their interest area does not fall under syllabus than my prime objective in this case would be making them understand about how challenging and interesting it is to know those things which are out of our interest area.
