She has extensive consultancy experience in various projects in the area of Performance Appraisal, Competency Profiling, Job Analysis & Job Description, Training Need Analysis, and Training Plan. The areas of research interests are Motivation, Stress, Creativity, Talent Management, Performance Management System, Leadership, Conflict management, Motivation. Focus is to assist in instilling knowledge and professional skills to students as well as professionals in knowing, understanding, and diagnosing behavioural problems, identifying right solution and its application while managing people in organization. I am a self motivated and enthusiastic person, having good interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability. She has authored book on âCorporate Conflict Managementâ. âConflict exists within an organization and is endemic irrespective of whether or not it is desirable. It can be translated into a successful process and should be checked before it spells trouble for the companyâ. As doctoral thesis examiner and advisor for BITS, Pilani and Utkal University and Deen Dayal University, she has dealt on management and Education psychological issues.
