When the students prepare for campus interviews, they do not know where to go. Bookish knowledge is not everything and the salary is determined on the basis of the performance during the interview. Also the top notch organizations expect them to have some knowledge on the real world scenario. I teach by examples and start from the fundamentals. I believe that if the fundamental is not clear, the student cannot go far.
