I approach tutoring in such a way that I show the students the basics, and then give them a variety of practice exercises and urge them figure out the answers themselves. If in doubt, I would keep prompting them to find the right answers thereby helping them to grasp the right concepts.

I have started teaching by helping friends. then one day on a friend's suggestion I started to teach in coaching institute and schools. I got good response from many of my students. My focus on teaching to connect the subject with real life scenarios/applications, i call it "Learning by Yearning". Tricks always not work but basic always. I have complete faith on it. Practice is the only key to success. Environment is just a factor. A regular test and proper learning improve your knowledge.
