I always help my students to learn a topic properly instead of merely solving some problems mechanically. My aim is to prepare a student for future challenges. Exams will come and go, but at the end how much you know and how well you can apply matters. Scoring high marks is not the end, one needs to carry forward the knowledge and beauty of science. I try to execute my classes in such a way that the students love what they are learning. Not out of fear of failing, but out of the passion underneath.
