I have completed my education in BE (Electronics and Communication) with 6 years of IT experience. During this tenure, I have realized my passion for imparting education at minimal cost for students. I have imbibed this passion over years through my family which still continues to inspire me on the same. I have provided free education for an orphanage in science and mathematics for 10th std students and have taken part in various outreach programs through which I have had an opportunity to teach poor children on Basic Computers. I have lived abroad for over a year during which I have volunteered to do the same. I plan to do the same to the maximum extent possible as I believe that Knowledge is power.

Each student learns differently. What works for some may not work for others. I adopt a personalized method for every student I first start with analyzing the abilities and identify improvement scope by understanding the negative areas of student. I adopt Active listening, probing, providing examples, present information in which a student can relate to everyday life, brain storming methods,offer materials etc so that the student is comfortable enough after every session to ask more questions to complete a topic.I would generally encourage students to have a timeline, make them understand vocabulary, use more of sketches, maps, flowcharts, keywords etc so that they can visualize subjects better. I prefer to make the learning experience more of fun than a burden.
