My experience has been that one to one personal tuition has a unique value to students because of the ability to resolve the student’s personal barriers to learn in a way that lays the foundation for a deep and lasting understanding of the subject.

I believe in clearing the basics and concepts. This will be my approach throughout the sessions. Learning should be stress free, enjoyable and I know how to make it so. Also now it is not just about learning, students should be able to implement this knowledge in their jobs in future. Linking between the textbook and practical knowledge is most important and this is how learning will be more interesting for the students.

Tutoring experience in teaching neighbor students, I am currently studying Doctor of Pharmacy. I will reach in a much simpler way for better understanding of students, which includes a Multilingual approach and using Visual aids such as PowerPoint presentations (PPTs) and diagrams to enhance the students' understanding of complex concepts, making the material more accessible and engaging.

Additionally, I focus on assessing each student's individual learning needs and tailoring the teaching methods accordingly. I aim to motivate the students to continue learning and developing their knowledge and skills by providing them with resources and opportunities to expand their understanding. I provide regular feedback to students, helping them to identify areas for improvement and track their progress.

Furthermore, I assess their understanding of the material through quizzes, tests, and other assessment methods, ensuring the student's comprehension of concepts.

Maintaining open and clear communication, using both verbal and nonverbal cues to show support and understanding.

Alternate roles between tutor and student, allowing the student to practice explaining concepts and problem-solving. Ensuring that students can apply what they have learned to real-world situations.

Helping students develop strategies to be independent learners, rather than relying solely on the tutor.

Being patient and understanding, allowing students time to process information and make mistakes. Showing genuine interest in students and learning about their personal preferences and goals to build trust and respect.
