In addition, in 2007, I had started an online tutoring website along with another graduate student when I lived and studied at University of Hawaii, Honolulu, Hawaii, USA. As coordinators, we were responsible for hiring, training and monitoring tutors and also had to help out with tutoring various subjects as and when needed.

My lessons are usually student centered and my approach is to cater to the individualized needs of students. Since I have experience in teaching special needs, I take utmost care to cater to the specific needs of the my students in a an individualized manner focusing on the strengths of the individual student. I use Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs and Bloom's Taxonomy while tutoring students.
