Tutoring Approach

I planned to give tuition to students in a very friendly environment. I revised their basic knowledge if they had, or else I give much more preference to base. If their base is strong than only we can further lead them to the next upper level. I will only tell one thing, "give me stones and I'll give you DIAMONDS in return ".

My approach varies depending on the student�s needs and learning style. However my teaching philosophy is based on encouraging students to think for themselves, using real-world examples wherever possible. My aim as a tutor is to create in my students a deep understanding and confidence in answering exam questions and being able to tackle new and unfamiliar problems. My philosophy is based on the idea that learning happens in an environment of mutual respect in which the student is encouraged to think and make new connections for themselves.

My ultimate aim as a teacher is to make the most of my student's limited time and resources, so that their own views on the structure and content of the topic taught should always be of primary importance. I as a teacher have the ability to analyze complex problems in a structured manner to arrive at the root cause and thereafter evolve appropriate solutions.

My approach is to make my students understand their subjects and make the concepts clear before attacking on the problems and questionare.I believe that if I take some examples after their concepts become clear to my students,then no problemi s a problem for them.they can easily visualize the problems and solve them on their own.

My tutoring techniques are Direct, Simple and Hybrid. I teach as creatively as possible. My lessons are based on Accent Development, Fluency Development, Vocabulary etc including intensive training for learners. I am super friendly and my mission is to train English Learners to speak English Naturally,Fluently & Confidently.

I plan the lessons as per the student's ability to cop up and and moreover upon their needs. My teaching technique is student friendly and easy to understand which helps student understand it better. Weekly tests will be conducted to know the student's performance.

Tutoring Approach

I start from foundation/basic concepts of each lesson and every subject. I take care of syllabus should be completed prior at least in twenty days before exams ( std 4th - 9th), for 10th standard before two months, I take regular weekly test , quarterly, half syllabus and full syllabus (prelims ).

I approach tutoring in such a way that I show the students the basics, and then give them a variety of practice exercises and urge them figure out the answers themselves. If in doubt, I would keep prompting them to find the right answers thereby helping them to grasp the right concepts.

I believe in clearing the basics and concepts. This will be my approach throughout the sessions. Learning should be stress free, enjoyable and I know how to make it so. Also now it is not just about learning, students should be able to implement this knowledge in their jobs in future. Linking between the textbook and practical knowledge is most important and this is how learning will be more interesting for the students.
