I have 19 years experience. i am master in teaching icse students for chemistry. i can take care of igcse students too. proficient in developing new lessons and activities to expand learning opportunities and in giving conceptual knowledge. provide individualized instruction to keep all students at expected skill level. identify and organise field trips to enhance curriculum. meet with parents to discuss progress and address behavior or mastery issues. develop discipline plans and work closely with at-risk students.

Tutoring Approach

My approach varies depending on the student's needs and learning style. However my teaching philosophy is based on encouraging students to think for themselves, using real-world examples wherever possible. My aim as a tutor is to create in my students a deep understanding and confidence in answering exam questions and being able to tackle new and unfamiliar problems. My philosophy is based on the idea that learning happens in an environment of mutual respect in which the student is encouraged to think and make new connections for themselves.

I have almost 1 year of teaching experience and have worked at amrutvahini institute of pharmacy, sangamner as a lecturer from september 2007 to october 2008. having completed my mba in marketing from pune university in 2011 i prefer teaching marketing subjects to students of college level.

My ultimate aim as a teacher is to make the most of my student's limited time and resources, so that their own views on the structure and content of the topic taught should always be of primary importance. I as a teacher have the ability to analyze complex problems in a structured manner to arrive at the root cause and thereafter evolve appropriate solutions.

I have been teaching all subjects especially chemistry, english, mathematics to the students of class i - x of all boards and computer, it subjects, mathematics, mechanical to the engineering students of college level since last thirteen years. my teaching style is unique it is beneficial for boards as well as competitive examination.

I start from foundation/basic concepts of each lesson and every subject. I take care of syllabus should be completed prior at least in twenty days before exams ( std 4th - 9th), for 10th standard before two months, I take regular weekly test , quarterly, half syllabus and full syllabus (prelims ).

I planned to give tuition to students in a very friendly environment. I revised their basic knowledge if they had, or else I give much more preference to base. I believe in clearing the basics and concepts. This will be my approach throughout the sessions. Learning should be stress free, enjoyable and I know how to make it so. Also now it is not just about learning, students should be able to implement this knowledge in their jobs in future. Linking between the textbook and practical knowledge is most important and this is how learning will be more interesting for the students.

I approach tutoring in such a way that I show the students the basics, and then give them a variety of practice exercises and urge them figure out the answers themselves. If in doubt, I would keep prompting them to find the right answers thereby helping them to grasp the right concepts.

Myself indranil mandal passed out in 1995 icse exam .i have both experience in cbse and icse boards as studied both the boards .till 8th cbse and then icse.graduated engineer in electronics.i may not have teaching experience but my concepts are clear especially in mathematics and physics for which i am sure i strive hard with my students to make them successful and capable to tackle their subjects.
