According to Indian Partnership Act 1932, partners have unlimited liability which means in case the firm is unable to pay its debts the partners would pay usning their personal assets. 

In case of LLP ie Limited Liability Partnership, liability of the partner is limited to some extend

Freight is a revenue expenditure ie cost for transportation 

Freight can be of two types Freight Inward and Frieght Outward 

Freight Inward is paid for transporting Raw material so it is shown on debit side of trading account

Freight outward is an indirect expenditure so it will be shown on  debit side of Profit and loss account

Depreciation is a non-cash expenditure. It reduces the value of assets.it affects the profitability of the company.

Assets is the difference between total liabilities less total current assets etc.here total liabilities is, capital rs.50000/- +rs.65000/-(total creditors)= rs.115000/- less cash balance rs.8000/- = rs.107000/-. Assets were realised 129% less than rs.107000/- i.e. rs.138030/-which is less than value of assets.so the loss on realisation will be rs.138030/- less  rs.107000/-= rs.31030/-.

True and fair view gives a reasonable opinion of the auditor whether the financial statements/records as audited by him are proper to his knowledge based on the checking done by him on test basis as checking all the records i.e. 100% checking is not possible by him.

Outstanding Salary is a liability on the part of the employer as it is yet to be paid and the Journal Entry for the same at the time of payment will be as follows :- Salary A/c Dr.. To Cash/Bank A/c

Premises means Building. It is an fixed asset. It is a Real account.
