My approach towards teaching is to provide more practice and make students understand the subject better than ask them to memorize stuff. It is very important to understand and learn, than to memorize. I am very tech savvy and also use internet and youtube videos for better understanding of concepts.

I think every student is special and should be taught in a unique manner as everyone's learning speed is not the same.I teach them thoroughly about every topic and do some question banks also to further increase their knowledge.I also teach them according to their school's needs and help as per his/her needs.I assign them homework regularly and check them on continuous basis and failing to do h/w I punish them if necessary

I have been teaching Computer, English, Mathematics, Mental Maths to the students of class I - VI, Bengali, English, Geography, History to the students of class VII - X and Bengali, English, Geography, Political Science to the students of class XI - XII since last twelve years. My teaching style is unique it is beneficial for boards as well as competitive examination.I am not a resources of knowledge .I just want to provide all possible support to the students in the process of their construction of knowledge .

Tutoring Approach

I approach tutoring in such a way that I show the students the basics, and then give them a variety of practice exercises and urge them figure out the answers themselves. If in doubt, I would keep prompting them to find the right answers thereby helping them to grasp the right concepts.
