Marginal listening or Selective listening, is a little better than passive listening in that the information of the speaker is listened to in bits and pieces rather than the whole of it.

To see the sentence is grammatically correct, these things should be kept in mind 1)That while speaking the sentence verbally ,it should sound correct. 2) See that the sentence has subject-verb agreement 3) Please bear that in mind also that the sentence is in proper order form also. 4)The tenses should be correct,if you are using present,the whole sentence should be in present tense,if in past,then past tense should be used...for example Mary is going to the market to buy vegetables.¬ like this Mary is going to the market to bought vegetables. 4)Finally, see that the commas, hyphens, question marks,&inverted commas are placed properly. I am english language trainner  I have been teaching for last 4 years in chandigarh i understand your situation the main issue lackness of your proficiency you have no environment. firstly, you clear your  basics in english like grammatical part rather than ,trying another strategies because, basic is must then you listen Tedx and elborate tedx stories with your friend or famly memmber who know about english language another technique you could use Open Talk Application . in open talk application majority of genuine persons communicate to each others....

As I was scrolling to answer,I came across your question.And believe me that its nothing surprising that you tend to make grammatical mistakes while speaking English.Because that is one thing that majority of us do when we speak a second language.Remember,English isn't  native to Indians.

So,in order to delve deep into the problem, you need to experiment with your writing and try to get the following answers:

Do you tend to make the same mistakes while writing?

Are you good at developing an idea in English without the need of translation?

How is your approach to writing and speaking different?

Remember,writing and speaking will go hand in hand as both of them are productive skills.So if you want to master these skills, you will need to take care if your receptive skills namely,listening and reading.

As you listen to more and more stuff in English,you will get used of the different grammatical structures of English.You may also like to read books at times as your understanding of the language deepens.

Now,if you make mistakes while speaking,that's okay become mistakes will are bound to occur in the teething stage.They will however go as you will have the grasp over the language slowly and steadily.

Additionally,you may also like to practise grammar from textbooks and online sources once in a while.But don't occupy yourself with too much of grammar if your objective is merely to develop fluency. 

Introduction should hook the reader to the passage. It may ask a question from the reader which the reader may not be able to answer as this would require introspection and analysis. Introduction can also include statistical figures

Body should contain the main analysis involving statistical figures and reasoning. It is the main part of the pssage and may be 5  - 6 times the introduction and conclusion in terms of the number of words used

Conclusion should highlight the learning or the summary of the facts stated in the body
