AFFORESTATION TECHNIQUES 1.) Integrated approach of soil conservation and vegetative measures and restricted cutting of vegetation. 2.)Protected these areas from biotic agencies. Soil Conservation measures like 1.)In moderate slopes,contour techniques or bunding are done. 2.)Steep gullies are stabilized by construction of gully plugging and check dams. So, above mentioned are some of the few techniques that are used for afforestation.
