Course Details

Ballet is considered to be the core foundation for dance training. It provides many physical and mental benefits such as increased flexibility and strength, sense of artistry and performance, development of self esteem and rhythm.
CLASSES FOR CHILDREN :
PRE-PRIMARY from 2 years old
This is a beginner ballet class for children aged 2 and up. The class uses imaginative ideas and story telling to introduce basic ballet steps, musicality, co-ordination, and physical and sensory awareness.
PRIMARY from 4 years old
This class introduces a foundation for ballet technique. Children learn basic ballet exercises and sequences, whilst developing their imagination and creativity through movement and music.
GRADE-I from 6 years old
This class builds the foundation for ballet technique. Children learn set ballet exercises and sequences, developing co-ordination and memory skills, whilst continuing to use their imagination and creativity through movement and music. Children in Grade I work towards the Standard 1 Exam.
GRADE-II This class builds on basic steps, and introduces more complex movement sequences. Children continue to develop a sense of rhythm and musicality, along with confidence, poise, and increased co-ordination. Children in Grade II work towards the Standard 2 Exam.
CLASSES FOR ADULTS: Our classes encourage adult learners to discover the strength and artistry within their own bodies. Whether you want to try something new for fun and fitness, or dust off an old pair of ballet shoes. Please note that you must be at least 18 years old to attend this class.
