This course is aimed at the understanding of Business Context, Principles of Programme and Project Management, Risk Management, Quality Management, Change and Configuration Management, Managing People, Managing Contracts, Integrative Assessment, Programme Initiation, Programme Monitoring and Control, the business change context within which programmes and projects operate, business organisation structures and business operations, the challenges facing, and the impact of change on, business operations, difference between project and programme management and operational management and so on.
