IGCSE syllabus Mathematics is broadly divided in two parts one is Core Mathematics and the other is Extended Mathematics. There are six options in IGCSE syllabus Mathematics. All six options are further divided in two parts core and extended. The options are as listed below:

  • International Mathematics 0607

CIE IGCSE syllabus Mathematics  International – It is a new curriculum and qualification. It prepare students to use the power of maths in the world of technological. Students may follow either the Core Curriculum or the Extended Curriculum.

  • Mathematics 0580

Cambridge IGCSE Mathematics is assessed via two components. All candidates take two written papers. Candidates who follow the Core curriculum take Papers 1 and 3 and are eligible for grades C to G. Candidates who follow the Extended curriculum take Papers 2 and 4 and are eligible for grades A* to E.

  • Mathematics Additional 0606

The IGCSE Syllabus Mathematics Additional is intended for high ability students who likes to achieve Grade A*, A or B in the CIE IGCSE Maths examination.The syllabus content will be assessed by Paper 1 and Paper 2.

  • Mathematics BES (Board examination system) 0459

This qualification is assessed via two components (written paper) : Paper 1 and Paper 2.

  • Mathematics BES (Board examination system)  0444

This qualification is assessed via two components. Candidates who have followed the Core curriculum take components 1 and 3. Candidates who have followed the Extended curriculum take components 2 and 4.

  • Mathematics with Course work 0581

For 0581, a candidate’s Course work grade cannot lower his or her overall result. Candidates entered for Syllabus 0581 are graded first on Components 1+3+5 or 2+4+6 and then graded again on Components 1+3 or 2+4. If the grade achieved on the aggregate of the two written papers alone is higher then this replaces the result achieved when the Coursework component is included. In effect, no candidate is penalized for taking the Coursework component.
