As a management trainee of JCAPCPL, I have gained knowledge in the field of annealing steel technology, process and product design and commissioning of the critical equipment including Failure mode & Effect analysis. Thereafter, I was assigned as a Manager (operations) wherein I excelled myself in Supply chain and Operations cycle: Raw material stock analysis and it's planning and execution, Production management, Process and Product quality management and Customer approval process. With almost four years of working experience, I want to enhance my leadership quality, innovative spirit & management knowledge to synchronize all the essential industrial activities in closed loop. Additionally, In association and interaction with Japanese colleague of Nippon Steel, I have adopted Japanese philosophy of lean sigma based approach of problem solving, effective management of cost reduction and also basic Japanese communication skill. The close association with the Japanese has enhanced my adaptability skill, integrated communication skill and also raised a strong inclination to study Asian business and market. I am passionate about doing social activities. My keenness to serve my society drives me to develop a CSR club in JCAPCPL. On 2nd Feb 2016, me and my colleague have developed CSR club "Ummeed". In spite of limited resources and limited manpower, we have managed to successfully conduct valuable projects such as rainwater harvesting project, safety enhancement of bicycle by pasting reflective stickers, Medical check up of special children etc. Our first milestone is achievement of TATA Global Sustainability Award in the month of June’16 and second success is the champion of TATA Volunteering "Ummeed" has provided me valuable know-how in terms of building a leadership skill, teamwork, and interpersonal skill. As a manager of the operation team, I have built certain key tools such as :-

• periodic analysis of process capability,
• Establishing daily monitoring system (Data control chart, defect trend analysis, skill improvement of team members)
• Developing the operation team's ability to achieve higher production rate by de- bottlenecking the operating constraints through PDCA (Plan do check Action ) philosophy, which helped to maintain a consistent Overall Equipment Ratio (A factor deals with quality, production volume, and runtime) i.e. 97.2 %, thereby achieving smooth and fastest production ramp-up (From 10000 Ton to 40000 ton within 1 year and customer approval process within 6 months), well ahead of annual business plan.
• Apart from the job, I do private tutoring in home. I usually teach English, Math., Physics, Chemistry. In the shop floor also, I teach basic subjects for literacy improvement and skill development

I believe in Pictorial approach. I think the students can give better feedback. The students whom I am currently teaching are the topper of schools. Me and my students are classmates, we will do group study !!
