I think our education system needs an overhaul. The method of teaching should be shifted from just books to audio visual methods. Also the cramming process should be discouraged and students should be taught basic fundamentals from their earliest stages of study and I intend to apply the same method during my session. Also I think that a child should be given proper guidance and care for his overall development and not just stereotyped education.
