I provide them the teaching and conduct different tests on weekly basics. I try to work with students more if they are not able to understand my point. I ask them questions and let them speak even if they go wrong so that they develop good communication skills and gain confidence. Lastly, I even take feedback from students about my teaching style and improve myself accordingly.
