I approach tutoring in such a way that I show the students the basics, and then give them a variety of practice exercises and urge them figure out the answers themselves. If in doubt, I would keep prompting them to find the right answers thereby helping them to grasp the right concepts.

My tutoring plans are as follows: 1. First I used to take a test and check the student's approach that where he/she stands. 2. Then I used to teach them from the very basics and for that if i need to show them the practical then i used to show the videos for that approach. 3. After teaching i always gives home tasks to each and everyone but I am strict in that because sometimes I am rude with parents also if their children have not done the homework. 4. Then at every weekend i used to take the test. 5. If the students doesn't perform then i usually try to convince them by giving gifts on every test. 6. And Lastly I prefer students who are weak in their studies so that I can help them to score good marks. So, This is the methodology which i used to follow but i can only make your student better day by day only if you helps me by caring your children.
